After a Light Breakfast to kick start your day, our Morning Vinyasa sessions will develop and layer up over the course of the week.
After class, you can enjoy a typical mediterranean brunch, tailored to your taste and dietary requirements, using fresh and local produce from the farms around the area.
On the days where trips are not planned, you will have plenty of time to explore the beautiful surroundings or to relax in the sunshine.
We will meet again in the late afternoons for our Restorative Evening Yoga followed by delicious dinners with a selection of local wines.
