Location
Nestled in 26 hectares of woodland and vineyards, our location is a beautifully renovated 18th century boutique farmhouse, where history and Italian tradition meet design and elegance.
The perfect escape to reconnect with yourself and enjoy the simple pleasure of life.
A week to look after your bodies with our Yoga classes, to destress and relax by the pool, to treat yourself in the Wellness Centre and to discover the beauty of the Veneto region.
We are just a quick 10 min drive to the coast of Lake Garda, and 30min from Verona, my hometown, perfect for sightseeing and shopping.
Accommodation
We have a selection of elegant apartments, all available to be booked as a single or double occupancy (for more than two people sharing, please request).
All apartments have a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette, Nespresso machine, TV,
air-conditioning, towels and toiletries.
A communal washing machine is also available upon request.
The Yoga Shala is located within the farmhouse and it will be ours for the whole duration of the Retreat.
We provide all the necessary equipment for class!
A private Wellness Centre and Treatments will be available to book upon request directly at the venue.
A Typical Retreat Day
After a Light Breakfast to kick start your day, our Morning Vinyasa sessions will develop and layer up over the course of the week.
After class, you can enjoy a typical mediterranean brunch, tailored to your taste and dietary requirements, using fresh and local produce from the farms around the area.
On the days where trips are not planned, you will have plenty of time to explore the beautiful surroundings or to relax in the sunshine.
We will meet again in the late afternoons for our Restorative Evening Yoga followed by delicious dinners with a selection of local wines.
