- You are new to yoga and would prefer to begin in a privately guided setting rather than a classroom.

- You are experienced in your yoga practice and would like to broaden your skills or overcome specific challenges.

- You have chronic pain or an injury. Private yoga sessions can help you refine your alignment and will teach you how to practice safely.
